Refund and Returns Policy
At Styliwish, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted if the product received is damaged or if an incorrect item was delivered.
- To initiate a return, customers must inform us within 3 days of receiving the delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact.
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Support: Before returning the product, customers must contact our Customer Support Executive at +91-90024-25048 or via email at styliwish@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
- Return Authorization: Upon contacting us, our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Return Shipment: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to the Styliwish office address:

India - Refund of Self Return Charges: Customers will be reimbursed for self-return shipping charges up to a maximum of Rs. 50. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account.
Exchange and Refunds:
- All exchanges and refunds are subject to approval by Styliwish.
- If the return is approved, customers may choose to exchange the item for a different product or receive a refund to their original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
